Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 304B and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 41342 of 2014 are the father,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41342 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner Rupesh Chaudhary @ Rupesh Kr. Chaudhary in Cr. Misc. No. 45234 of 2014 is the husband of the deceased. In the circumstances, their request for grant of bail is rejected with direction to the three to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail. So far Petitioner No. 3 Sharda Devi in Cr. Misc. No. 41342 of 2014 is concerned, she should also surrender in the court below within the same time but thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairganiya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as she is the wife of another son of Laxmi Choudhary.
