JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The marriage of deceased had taken place 15 years ago and petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. The cause of death of the deceased was found asphyxia and, moreover, the husband of the deceased has already been acquitted by the trial court vide judgment dated 7.10.2015 passed in Session trial no. 75 of 2014. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 166 of 2013.
