The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No. 80 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

13.635 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in G.O. Case No. 80 of 2017.
