The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 52/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 461, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of confessional statement of Md. Sahadat Ali . The petitioner was also arrested and from the shop of the Babaji Choudhary a battery was recovered.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 25.01.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22328 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.
