Petitioner is accused in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 51647 of 2016 on 13.2.2017 with observation that the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now it appears from the order dated 04.4.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria that the charge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22572 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 has already been framed. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.5.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Anil Sharma be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Trial No. 96 of 2017 arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016.
