2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 162 of 2022 registered under section 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased who killed the deceased by stabbing him. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
