The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 572 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(a),53(c) , 57 and 60 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the recovery of only 12 litres of Mahua wine from the house which is denied by the petitioner, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S.
