The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2016. The other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.28295 of 2014 passed on 23.07.2014. It is further submitted that this is a case of last seen.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that it is a case of last seen.

From perusal of the written report, it appears that there is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. The other co-

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.126 of 2013.
