The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P.S. Case No.32 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 09.05.2015 and has got no criminal antecedent.
