JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonepur Police Station Case No. 107 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Section 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b) of the Arms Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Prosecution case, in short, is that 4-5 persons tried to untie the Bachchi, they were apprehended with country made Katta and two cartridges.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and counter case which is Annexure-2 to the present petition On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

No.30068 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
