Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.144 of 2018 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No.05 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that police on confidential information reached the place of occurrence and saw three persons succeeded in running away. The police made search in presence of independent witnesses and recovered 15 litres Mahua liquor from the ALANG beside the north side of field of Baleshwar Yadav. The Chaukidar and local people disclosed that Bhuvneshwar Singh, Ramdhani Singh and petitioner were selling the said Mahua liqour.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.144 of 2018 arising out of Fatuha P.S.
