====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 137(2), 62, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted informant's grand son with sharp edge weapon causing bleeding injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Co-accused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 6208/2025. Charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38533 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Samastipur in Khanpur Police Station Case No. 159/2024.
