The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No.82 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation made against the petitioner is false and frivolous.
