Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be wife of the deceased and it is alleged that deceased in inebriated condition came to his house and started beating and abusing the petitioner and in that course, petitioner gave one brick blow causing injury on the dead of the deceased and the said injury became fatal to him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.2.2016 and the investigation against her has already been completed Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
