JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned State Counsel, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal has already been constituted and, as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may approach the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal.

The prayer is allowed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4798 of 2011 (6) dt.18-04-2016 The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
