Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 449 of 2016 arising out of Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai is again rejected.
