JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 19-08-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15779 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender and correction in paragraph no. 3 of the order to the extent that the petitioner assaulted on the head of the wife of the informant instead of hand of the wife of the informant. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria.

Let in 3rd paragraph be read as "the petitioner assaulted on the head of the wife of the informant."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37309 of 2015 (02) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 The order dated 16.04.2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
