2. This writ application has been filed for direction to the respondent authority for not demolishing any part of the house of the petitioner without any notice to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner apprehends demolition from the respondents without any proceeding having been initiated by them in accordance with law and without any order served upon him.

4. It is directed that the house of the petitioner cannot be touched by the respondents without initiating an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law and without hearing the petitioner.
