2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the thrust of the accusation is against the husband of the daughter of the informant whereas the present petitioners are her unmarried Nanad and unmarried Devar respectively. It is further submitted that the similar circumstances the parents in-law of the deceased have been granted anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40479 of 2014.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- U T
