JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (C )/27 (A) N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case it is alleged that 21 Kg Ganja was seized but the seizure list was not prepared in accordance with law and the contraband was sent for FLS test after four days. The petitioners are in custody since 29.3.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 29.3.2018, let

No.28285 of 2018(4) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judgecum-Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018.
