2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S Case No. 76 of 2025, for the offences under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 76, 109, 303(2), 351(2) 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution story, eight F.I.R. named
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38545 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/3 accused including these petitioners came at the house of informant armed with lathi, danda, iron rod, stone bricks and belts in their hands and started abusing and also assaulted her by way of fists and slaps and threw her on the ground with intention to outrage her modesty. They also snatched golden mangal sutra worth Rs. 60,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner no. 3. The specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Maheswar Raut. There is admitted land dispute between both the parties. Both the parties are close agnates. There is delay of one day in lodging the F.I.R.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with
