This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended when he was attempting to flee away along with the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 (G.R. No. 417 of 2017) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
