The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 436 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault, abuse, criminal intimidation and setting fire in the house of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41550 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 parties and no any person sustained fire arm injury as alleged in the FIR. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
