2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 24067 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that during her cross-examination, the victim has categorically stated that Sonu Kumar (the petitioner) was not present at the spot and she did not identify. 3.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Rape and POCSO Act), Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case
