The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and have been falsely implicated in the case and it is further contended that petitioners

Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chandi P.S.
