The victim stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she volunteered solemnized her marriage with co-accused Md. Najrul and she was never kidnapped by accused persons. Petitioner happens to be the father of co-accused Md. Najrul and is languishing in jail custody since 10.08.2016.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-Ist, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S.Case No.184 of 2016.
