Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2016 in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 474 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the application for regular bail of this petitioner has been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 53991 of 2016 by this Court. Charges in this case have been framed and the petitioner is still rotting in custody for the last 10 months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22469 of 2017 (3) dt.21-06-2017 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 474 of 2016.
