====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks modification of order dated 21.10.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 45338/2019 in connection with Mahila Police Station Case No. 17/2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and after treatment doctor advised for complete rest due to which he could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order.

Modification petition has been filed after lapse of a year and there is no sufficient explanation of the delay and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34361 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 laches. In that view of the matter, modification petition is dismissed.
