2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biharsharif P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the deceased has lodged an FIR against her Bhabhi (the petitioner) that it is the petitioner who has killed her mother-in-law i.e. the mother of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.1.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no direct evidence against her that she is involved in the killing of the deceased, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Biharsharif P.S.
