Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r)(w)3(2)(V) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to earlier monetary dispute. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Deepak Thakur. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

APP (SJ) No.2493 of 2022(4) dt.10-02-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additiona District & Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
