JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,504,153A,153A(A),295,295A and 298 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the FIR named accused persons attacked Muslim community. The specific accusation of assault has been levelled against co accused Dhanraj Yadav causing injury on the head of Md. Gayas whereas other accused persons pelted stones.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35759 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 persons.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 209 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
