This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report, the petitioner allegedly committed death for dowry of his wife along with the others within seven years of marriage. The case diary and investigation report would reveal that due to some family dispute and difference, the victim burnt herself in a locked room and when the petitioner went for her rescue, he also sustained burn injury. Charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2016. Considering the entire facts, aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with
