JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 304, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and later on Section 328 and 302 has also been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any role to play in the incident where the allegations are against her husband Mukesh Singh of having wine which allegedly resulted in the death of two persons. Considering the circumstances as above and the alleged role of the petitioner being not part of the said incident,
