This is the third attempt of the petitioner to obtain bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 56/2019 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 417, 468, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. He is in custody since 04.03.2019 having nineteen

(19) criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph '3' of the application.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this court vide order dated 20.11.2019 and 18.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52091/2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 15188/2021 respectively.

Having regard to the submissions that the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41593 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 already fixed for argument in the learned trial court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
