JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-6, appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, are present.

Learned counsel for the State submits that order under contempt has already been complied with by the State, which would appear from paragraphs 2 and 3 of the show cause field on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 on 06.01.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pension is not paid in revised scale.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent no. 7, submits that pension of the petitioner has already been revised and later on in this respect the information has already been sent to the petitioner and also to the Treasury Officer.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the direction

Patna High Court MJC No.2638 of 2011 dt.03-02-2015 contained in the order under contempt appears to be complied with by the opposite parties. If the petitioner still aggrieve, he may take recourse in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
