The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jhajha P.S. Case No.69 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,
