The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was found sitting in Tata Sumo jeep bearing Registration No. BR-17L/0001. The police enquired from the petitioner and he disclosed that one Subhash sold the vehicle to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.03.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
