Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 272 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. About 15 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he was apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22125 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 learned 2nd A.D.J., Kishanganj/Successor Court, in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.34 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
