After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty that the petitioner will surrender within a period of six weeks from today before the learned Court below and seeks regular bail and the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudice to this order on the same date.
