2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 354, 307, 447, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with iron rod. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
