The petitioner seeks bail in connection Chapra R.P.F. Case No. 7/2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 3 R.P.(U.P.) Act.

As per the allegation in the written report, two persons, namely, Akhilesh Uraon and Md. Taswir were caught on the spot stealing battery from Down Coach No. 97423 of Train No. 55115.

This petitioner is alleged to have run away from the place of occurrence.

As per the written report itself there is no recovery from the possession of this petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra R.P.F.
