JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 When the matter has been taken up for consideration, a supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 to 8 is being filed annexing the copy of the order dated 04.12.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari (Annexure-A), whereby the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, in the light of the order of this Court, has been disposed of.

In above view of the matter, this Court is of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1358 of 2015 (3) dt.09-12-2015 opinion that no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt is made out against the opposite parties.

In the result, the present MJC application is dismissed as infructuous.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2015 (Annexure-A) before an appropriate forum/court.
