Petitioners seek bail in Mokama Rail P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 14 litres and 16 litres country made liquor was recovered from possession of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 respectively.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are ladies. They are in custody since 17.04.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36998 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Mokama Rail P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 (Special Case No.3893 of 2019), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
