1. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the parties that the writ petition in question i.e. C.W.J.C. No.22479 of 2019 is still pending consideration before a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, hence it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue regarding violation of the order of status quo granted by this Court, vide order dated 19.11.2019 be permitted to be raised in the said writ petition.
