JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 186, 353, 504, 332 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, petitioner and others have made obstruction during official duty. F.I.R. has been lodged by the Circle Officer, Akhoti Gola. It is urged that petitioner has remained in custody since 23.08.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45645 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2 / 2 S.D.J.M., Dehri, District, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No.63/2016. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
