JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations of using firearms and the name of the petitioner mentioned in the FIR in a case under Sections 302 IPC and 27 Arms Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
