2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Allauli P.S. Case No. 403 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 76, 308(5), 303(2), 352 and 351of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 27, 25(1-b)a and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have demanded extortion and fired upon the victim.

4. During investigation, cartridges have been found on the place of occurrence. The motorcycle of the accused has been seized from the place of occurrence. It appears that the accused persons are tampering with the evidence and has pressurized the informant for a compromise. The petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42622 of 2025(3) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 19.02.2025. He has criminal antecedent also.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
