The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under different Sections of the Indian Forest Act.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner cut the Shisam tree from Kheshra No. 1560, Khata No. 261 but there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Subsequently, an enquiry was held and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner cut the tree.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in Kawakole P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5274 of 2015 (4) dt.23-06-2015 2 / 2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
