JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other co-accused had approached this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 15747 of 2017. During the pendency of the anticipatory bail application the petitioner was arrested in the case and other petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 16.05.2017.

Considering the fact that accusation against the petitioner is similar to other co-accused who have been allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22038 of 2017 (3) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/Successor Court, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.255 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
