2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners along with other coaccused persons assaulted on head of informant by means of iron rod and butt of pistol due to which informant sustained injury .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45918 of 2024(3) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 land dispute . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Sheikpura in connection with Mahuli P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
